We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full-priced item under the following conditions:
Returns:
- To start a return, please email us at info@trendsofnaracoorte.com.au or visit our store.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 business days.
- We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide exchanges or store credit.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, unused, and have tags attached.
Store Credit Timeline:
- Store credit will be issued within four weeks of the return shipment.
- You will receive an email notification once your credit has been processed.
Damaged Items:
- We will refund faulty or damaged products; please contact us for assistance.
- Please note that items that have been worn or washed cannot be refunded.
